Founded in May 2006, Aleph is a boutique design and development company, strategically based in Singapore. Our tight knit and talented team works together to plan, write and produce financial, internet, mobile and desktop solutions for our various clients. Our in-depth understanding of technology and design makes us multifaceted. We possess the unique advantage of being able to successfully bridge the gap between design and technology.

Although Aleph has grown from a garage operation, to a staff strength of 50 and growing since 2006, we still maintain a small company feel and culture. This is what bonds us and yet frees us enough to apply our unique talents, to deliver functional and flexible solutions, to dream big and to make it happen.

Naturally, we're not big on rules (they're meant to be broken!). However, we rely on a core set of values to help us work through tough problems on our own or together as a team.

Alephians enjoy a strong culture of fun collaboration, creativity and easy camaraderie. Whatever allows us to come up with awesome work for our clients!

Each Alephian plays an important role in the company's success. We believe that communication is the key to any lock. Our weekly Friday breakfasts provide a platform for all of us to eat, share and learn together. When not at work, Alephians can be found enjoying Southeast Asia's beautiful resorts and beaches, planning a theme party or cycling together.
