As Indonesia’s best airlines, Garuda Indonesia wanted to approach their customers with cutting edge visual language that made the entire booking process delightful. Together with Aleph, they decided to refocus their digital strategy by revamping their mobile app and core platform.
Using user-centered approach, we redesigned Garuda Indonesia’s app by pioneering an intuitive experience focused on their customers' needs and behaviours, while, at the same time, maintaining Garuda’s brand identity as Indonesia's best airlines.
Partnering with IBM, we helped Garuda Indonesia to move forward from old platform by integrating Mobile First as the backbone of their brand new mobile app.
To reach the market effectively, we updated the app through an agile methodology with latest functionality that will strengthen customer engagement.
