Vietnam International Bank’s strategic partnership with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia spurred a lot of innovation and improvements on VIB’s banking standards to come to par with international standards. One key area for improvement was to re-design their public website. The new website’s vision is “To deliver the most innovative and customer-centric digital experience”.
With this vision in mind, Aleph worked with VIB’s Digital Innovation team to map out the bank’s user personas and created user journeys that map out banking products matching the user needs and wants. Rounds of research and user testing was conducted to arrive at the most user-centric interface for the Vietnamese banking customers.
The website showcases both Personal and Business Banking Products and also features easy to use tools and calculators that will help customers in making informed decisions when it comes to their banking options.
From styling to icons, much attention was given by the team to ensure that a delightful product goes to market.
Positive feedback was received upon the launch with high praises coming from peers on the design and interface.
