Using a user-centered approach, we redesigned Garuda Indonesia’s app by pioneering an intuitive experience focused on the customers' needs and behaviours, while maintaining Garuda’s brand identity as Indonesia's premier airlines.
Partnering with IBM, we helped Garuda Indonesia move from the old platform by integrating Mobile First to be the backbone of their brand new mobile app.
To reach the market effectively, we updated the app using agile methodology and the latest functionality that capitalised on customer engagement.
