A global financial institution of Dutch origin, ING Bank wanted to design the first digital bank in the Philippines, elevating their products, customer experience, and innovation teams.
Aleph worked with ING Bank to become the first digital bank in the Philippines, while bringing our knowledge of the market, its potential customers and banking regulations to achieve their mission stated above.
We set up a core team of members from across the region who would lead ING's latest venture and launched a digital product to shake up the way Filipinos banked.
We worked with product owners and ING’s technical delivery team cohesively by using the scrum framework as our guiding principle. We then formed a framework to bring in our strategic experts at different points of the engagement based on the needs and phases of the project.
Aleph delivered the entire design thinking and the product design for ING Bank’s mobile app, integrating key banking journeys with a fully-fledged customer service to deliver a fully digital bank in the Philippines — the first of its kind.
