We set up user-focused principles at the core of what we do, the single most important step towards winning the hearts and minds of our consumers.
Through Techcombank’s journey of digital transformation, we set up user-focused principles – such as mottos, keywords, and goals – to enable constant learning. We also conducted collaborative workshops, fast prototyping, and rigorous user testing to ensure we met our the principles with which we’ve set forth.
Be it a evaluating the website’s information architecture, crafting design decisions, or validating an idea, we always make sure that the voices of our users are as important as the visions of the stakeholders.
We advocate for our users in the same way we deliver quality work – by weaving honesty and innovative imagination that empowers and meets their needs. In our process, we founded a research hub alongside our design squad to consistently validate our design process, without losing sight of who we are building our products for.
Together with Techcombank, we co-created a digital banking platform that optimised journeys and simplified interactions for SME owners. The desktop web app and the companion mobile app streamlined languages, touchpoints, and design consistency, reducing time spent on complicated tasks, and allowing them to spend more time running their business.
These changes were met by enhancing the design and technology of both the web and mobile apps through data-driven insights and a dare-to-lead vision with our collaboration with Techcombank.
We believe that product sustainability is an important process that requires effort, consistency, and efficiency of implementation. Thus, we’ve built a robust design system and ensured a coherent experience across all platforms that solves problems and unifies voices.
